feet to zero to construct 10 townhomes (variance v-313-06).

ZONING
* Request to rezone 2068-2100 DeKalb Avenue (8 residential properties
on DeKalb at Howard Circle) from single family to MR3 to build 40
condominiums. (Informational presentation only; no vote yet).
