[LCN Newscast] Public Hearing on Tues 5/2 re. Proposed Millage Increase

A story appeared in yesterday's AJC indicating that the Atlanta School
Board is considering a significant millage increase for next year's
budget. The final public hearing to discuss the proposed increase is
scheduled for Tuesday May 2nd, 2006 at 6pm in the Auditorium of the
Atlanta Public Schools headquarters, 2nd Floor, located at 130 Trinity
Avenue, S.W.

I urge everyone to attend to voice your opinion regarding this
proposed millage increase.  If you have any questions, you may contact
