Please take the time on Tuesday, Nov.8 to vote in the Atlanta School 
Board elections.  The candidate for the Mary Lin district, Cecily 
Harsch-Kinnane, is unopposed, but the 3 at-large districts all have 
opposition.  EduPAC, a non-partisan political action committee that 
focuses on issues in the Atlanta school system, has endorsed Tiffany 
Friesen for at-large post 7, and Emmett Johnson for at-large post 9.  
It has endorsed both candidates for at-large post 8, the incumbent Mark 
Riley, and his challenger Reuben McDaniel.  It found both 
well-qualified.  You can get some basic info on the two at
