We wanted to make sure that you were aware that the application of
Z-05-91-An Ordinance to rezone property from the C-1 (Community Business)
District and R-5 (Two-Family Residential) District to the MR-3
(Multifamily Residential) District is on the upcoming agenda of the
Zoning Review Board scheduled for November 10, 2005 at 6:00pm here at
City Hall 55 Trinity Avenue, SW Council Chambers.  This property is
located at 1950 Dekalb Avenue, S.E. and 255 Southerland Terrace, S.E. and
the applicant is John K. Little.  If you have any questions or concerns
