Dear Neighbors:

protect our neighborhoods while providing for their orderly and
appropriate redevelopment.

You are cordially invited to attend the next meeting of the
Infill Housing Task Force, which will be held on Tuesday, May 24,
2005 from 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. in Committee Room 2 on the Second

The agenda will include the following:

1) A Summation of the materials presented to the Task Force
during the course of our work.
2) A Presentation from the Department of Planning & Community
Development as to their recommendations and timeline for proposed
    regulations.
3) The DeKalb County Infill Committee will present their
    proposed regulations.
4) These presentations will be followed by public comment.
