  - Zoning/Planning Variance Requests*
~ Carol Holliday 532 Hardendorf Ave. is requesting a
variance to extend the house at the back consistent
with the existing set back which is 2'4" from the
property line on the south side of the property. The
variance request it is to construct is to reduce the
setback from the required 7' feet to 2'4" for an
additional length of 15'5" to construct an addition of
          15'5" by 25'.
~ John Siebenaler and Ranee Seither at 1768 McLendon Ave.
are requesting a variance in the side yard setback to
complete a second story addition over a portion of the
house that sits within the 7' side yard setback. The
addition would not change the footprint of the house.
~ Nabil Hammam is requesting a variance to reduce the side
yard setback to 4 feet, rather than the currently
required 7 feet, on the north side of the lot at 273
Matthews Ave. to construct a house.
+ Potluck Dinner: Bring an appetite and favorite covered dish!
Three types of lasagna will be provided by the association,
and neighbors are asked to bring a side dish, salad, or
    desert.
