~ Variance, 353 Nelms Avenue. Carl Lundstrum proposes a
second story addition over the rear portion of the house,
with the majority of the sturcture above the existing
house facing the backyard and the side facing Adolphus.
The variance request is for a reduction of side yard
setback to 6'4" rather than the 17'6" required for side
yards on corner lots.*
~ Variance, 2131 Palifox Drive. DeAnn Gibson and David
Sinrich request reduction in side yard setback from
7 to 2 feet to construct an addition at the rear of their
house.*
~ Variance, 262 - 264 Hampton Terrace, Sherry Nemeth is
requesting a variance to construct a 2nd story addition
which will alter the roofline of the house but not the
footprint. A variance is needed because the existing
house is less than seven feet from the property line,
currently the required side yard setback.*
~ Variance, 273 Matthews, Nabil Hammam is requesting two
variances to construct a house and garage. A previous
owner demolished the house that formerly sat on this lot.
Hammam is requesting ta side yard setback variance from
the required 7 feet to 3 feet on the north side of the
property to construct the house, to allow more room for
a driveway on the southern side of the house. He also
requests a side yard setback variance from 7 feet to 4
feet on the southern side of the property to construct a
free-standing garage at the rear of the property aligned
with the driveway.*
