2004 Tour of Homes update:

Lake Claire Neighbors will be presenting the 2004 Tour of Homes on Saturday 
October 9th from noon to 6pm.  This event will not only celebrate the flavor and 
flair of Lake Claire but will be the tastiest home tour in Atlanta!  This year 
there will be ten unique Lake Claire homes to see, each with delicious food 
offered by ten wonderful restaurants.

2004 Tour sponsorship levels are at $500, $250 or $125 and offer many perks such 
print media and website exposure, free ads and tickets, and most importantly the 
chance to help the neighborhood.  In fact we have already confirmed the following 
generous local companies--Hammersmith, The Candler Park Market, Maya Hahn, Niki 
Paris, and Small Carpenters at Large.

Tickets will be $20 and will be available in the near future at Donna Van Gogh's

All proceeds of the Tour will help a variety of Lake Claire projects as well as 
the Clifton Sanctuary Ministries, a non-profit organization providing a range of 
services to the homeless in Lake Claire since 1979.  And as a bonus Clifton Church 
will be on tour this year, including a History of Lake Claire exhibit!

Of course we need many volunteers to help with the Tour this fall such as house 
sitters, sign and poster distributors, ticket sales folk etc.  This is our big 
biannual fund raiser so sign-up now.  It is the perfect way to meet people, see 
great homes, snack on yummy food, and help us make Lake Claire a better place.
