[LCN Newscast] Meeting: Date/Location Change! Nov 19

SPECIAL NOTICE:
 - The LCN November meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY rather
     than Thursday. 
 - We are meeting down the hill in the building near the
     garden since the Atrium is under renovation.
 - Newsletters may not be delivered on time.  Tell your
     neighbors about the change in meeting date/location.


The next LCN meeting is 2003 Nov 19 Wednesday 7:00 p.m. at the
Frazer Center; use the entrance at north end of Ridgewood Road.

          a reduction in the north  / side yard setback from the
          required seven feet to the existing five foot nine inches,
          to allow for the expansion of their home, at the rear of
          the building.  The addition will accommodate a master
          bedroom suite, a remodeled kitchen and a sunroom.
