[LCN Newscast] Watershed Workshop, Jun 05

Lake Claire Neighbors is part of the Peavine Watershed Alliance, a
group of community organizations working to improve water quality
in our streams.  We will participate in a Community Watershed
Workshop (more information below) on 2003 Jun 05 Thu 6:00 - 8:00
p.m. EDT in the Piedmont Room at the Atlanta Civic Center, 395
Piedmont Avenue.  Come find out what is happening in other
watersheds as well as ours.  Parking at the Civic Center is FREE

The Community Watershed Network (CWN) is a partnership between
Georgia Adopt-A-Stream, Upper Chattahoochee Riverkeeper, Peavine
Watershed Alliance, City of Atlanta, Clayton, Cobb, Fulton, and
Gwinnett Counties, Little River Valley Association and National
Wildlife Federation. Working together since 1997, CWN presents
quarterly Watershed Workshops in March, June, September and
December for citizens in the Metro Atlanta area.
