[LCN Newscast] Yard Clipping Pickup Problems

Dear Lakers & Claires:

Your help is needed to get our Yard Clipping piles collected from
our sidewalks.

We pay city fees to cover the cost of having yard clippings picked
up twice a month.  As the neighborhood has its trash pickup day on
a Tuesday, our yard clippings are supposed to be picked up the week
of every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.  THE LAST PICKUP WAS
AROUND FEBRUARY 8th!

We have called the city multiple times about this, and even attempted
to find out the cause from Councilor Archibong, but no one has been
able to explain why we are not getting the service we are paying for.
The city has now missed three consective scheduled pickups in
Lake Claire.

We need as many people as possible to do the following NOW and EVERY
time the city misses a scheduled pickup:

- Call Barbara Hubbard, the manager of our maintenance substation,
    at 404-624-0799

- Call the main city maintenance complain number at 404-659-6757
    (select option #2)

State the problem and give your street address.  Mention you live
in "Lake Claire" and that as far as you know it is a neighborhood-
wide problem.
