[LCN Newscast] Clarification Re: BZA Hearing on AGL, Mar 13

ATTENTION!!  A clarification to the email regarding the ZRB vote
on the Sembler/AGL plan: 

What we are opposing is the approval of the plan as it stood on
2003 Jan 24, not the entire rezoning/development.

As the previous newscast stated, conditions have been negotiated
since 2003 Jan 24 that are NOT on that plan, and the Jan 24 plan
is the one the ZRB will be voting on tomorrow night (2003 Mar 13).
In order to make these conditions legal and enforceable, they need
to appear on the plan.

So, to make it clear:  Lake Claire is NOT opposing the development.
We are supporting a 90-day deferral to make sure the plan approved
is the plan that has been negotiated by Organized Neighbors of
Edgewood over the last five months.
