[LCN Newscast] BZA Hearing on Atlanta Gas Light Property, Mar 13

Very Important!!!  NPU-N and NPU-O have agreed to oppose the
rezoning on the Atlanta Gas Light/Sembler property on Moreland
Avenue.  The neighborhoods agreed they would like a 90-day
deferral in order to have agreed-upon conditions "catch up"
with the plan currently on the ZRB's table.  The ZRB is
currently looking at a plan dated January 24, 2003 that does
not include many conditions negotiated by Organized Neighbors
of Edgewood since that date.

It is important that a large number of people show up to raise
their hands in opposition to the approval.

The hearing it THIS THURSDAY (the 13th).  Be there by 6:00
in order to get a seat.

City Council Chambers  Downtown - 2nd floor - 6pm

When the ZRB Chair asks who is in opposition, we will all
raise our hands and hopefully our numbers will be counted!
