[LCN Newscast] Slight Delay in 2003 Jan Newsletter

January newsletters will not be distributed for delivery until
Tuesday the 14th.  This is due to our production staff being out
of town earlier in the process.  Our volunteer distributor will
get them out to the delivery folks on Tuesday.

Reminder:  The newsletter is written, produced, and delivered
by an all volunteer staff.  They do a first class job, and we
are very thankful for their efforts.  Occasionally, though, other
priorities cause slight delays within the chain.  If you would
like to help out with submitting articles or making house-to-house
