MEETING TIME LIMIT
At the June meeting the membership approved a target adjournment
time of 8:00 pm. This time limit will apply to the July and
future meetings, unless the membership modifies the adjournment
time. The chair will appropriately limit discussion on items in
order to meet the time limit.

ALLOCATION OF TOUR OF HOMES REVENUE
At the July 1st Executive Committee meeting, the board proposed
allocating Funky Tour profits to designated funds as follows:
25% to Lake Claire Park with the stipulation that if the funds
remain unused by 2004 Oct 01, the money will revert back to
the General Fund.
10% to the Land Trust, with the same stipulation.
10% to the Mary Lin Playground Fund.
5% to fund Special Events such as the Easter Parade, the Spring
Fling etc.
50% to be allocated to the General Fund.
President Dennis McCarthy and Treasurer Kristin Chapman will
propose the following friendly amendment:
The portion allocated to the General Fund will be reduced
by a sum not to exceed $1150 to cover regularly occuring
operating expenses anticipated in 2003 & 2004. These expenses
are:
$170 / year Web Hosting for website
150 / year Frazer Center donation for meeting space
100 / year Epworth Church donation for meeting space
55 / year PO Box
50 / year NPU-N Expenses
70 / 2-year Domain Name Registration (lakeclaire.org)
15 / year Incorporation Registration
This amended proposal will be open to discussion and approval
by the membership at the July General Meeting.
