Frazer Center; use the entrance at north end of Ridgewood Road. 
New and long-time neighbors equally welcome!  We will make

PROPOSED NPU-N BYLAWS AMENDMENT

VI. Officers

The officers of NPU-N shall consist of a Chairperson, a
Vice-Chairperson and a Secretary.  They shall be elected,
by the Executive Committee, at the regular November meeting
of NPU-N and their term of service shall be one year,
beginning the first day of January and ending the last day
of December of the year following their election.
Nominations from the Executive Committee will be accepted
during the election process.  [It is required that nominees
for the position of Vice-Chairperson and Secretary be
sitting members of the current Committee.

The position of Chairperson may be elected in a similar
manner as a voting member of the Committee on all issues.
The Executive Committee, may at its own discretion, elect a
Chairperson who is not required to be a current member of
the Executive Committee but is required to reside in the
NPU-N district.  In this event the Chairperson will be
declared a non-voting member of the Executive Committee
with the exception that in the event of a tie vote of the
Committee the Chairperson may cast the deciding vote.]
