NOVEMBER MEETING

SPECIAL MEETING FOR REMOVAL
The Special Meeting for Removal was adjourned after the complainant,
Teri Stewart, refused to present her case against the LCN President
Robbie Collins.  Ms. Stewart complained that she did not agree with the
meeting format and therefore would boycott it.  Approximately 125
neighbors showed up to hear her presentation.  Because of her refusal to
participate, her Motion to Remove expired at the adjournment and the
matter is closed.

2002 OFFICER ELECTIONS
The membership elected officers for 2002.  Five candidates were
nominated from the floor including 2 for president. One was ruled
ineligible because of lack of attendance at four meetings.

VARIANCES
Both variances were approved unanimously

GARDEN CLUB
The Garden Club was accepted into Lake Claire Neighbors as a standing
committee.  Details will be worked out in the forthcoming Bylaws
revision.
