Because the variance requests concerning 1839 McLendon Avenue
(a.k.a. 367 Ivy Place) have generated considerable interest
among some Lake Claire residents, the association has placed
the text of the April 6th memorandum on the LakeClaire.org
website.  This memo is courtesy the City of Atlanta Bureau
of Zoning Adjustment.
